Christian Hansen
Christian has spent his career acquiring, renovating, and operating commercial real estate across the Peninsula, with primary responsibility for acquisitions, construction management, and property management. Prior to his current role, he worked as an investment advisor at Marcus & Millichap in Palo Alto. He holds a finance degree from Brigham Young University.
His edge is operational — he is involved in every aspect of the deal. Buying through an operations lens rather than a spreadsheet, he sources acquisitions through deep broker and owner relationships, performs construction with his own team, and oversees leasing and property management.
Robert Wheatley
Robert brings four decades of Peninsula commercial real estate experience to Frontside Capital. In 1986 he founded Robert Wheatley Properties, a full-service real estate company with core competencies across property management, operations and maintenance, accounting, leasing, construction, and the acquisition and disposition of property. Over his career — as leasing agent, manager, owner, and trustee — he has been responsible for roughly three and a half million square feet of space with property values approaching $2.5 billion, and today holds ownership and management interests in more than one million square feet of commercial property.
While Robert has developed new projects from the ground up, his particular strength is repositioning and fully renovating well-located existing buildings for a quick turnaround to profitability. He holds a BA in Economics and French and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University.
